Wheelchair Mart strives to make the ordering process straightforward. Most orders are
processed within 1-3 business days, with delivery typically taking 3-10 business days after shipping.
Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing the details. This email confirms that your order was successfully processed and that your credit card has been pre-authorized. We then forward your order to our shipping team to coordinate with our suppliers and warehouse. If the item is out of stock or on backorder, we’ll cancel the pre-authorization and notify you via email. If the item becomes available within four days, we’ll proceed with the charge and ship the order.
Shipping Process
Upon receiving your order, we confirm item availability and complete the payment process within seven days. As soon as tracking information is available, it will be emailed to you. If you don’t receive tracking details within eight days, please contact us at support@wheelchairmart.com.
Damaged Products
When your item arrives, please inspect the packaging. If there’s visible damage, note it upon delivery OR refuse the delivery, and it will be returned to our supplier. For hidden or concealed damage, contact us immediately with photos at support@wheelchairmart.com, and we’ll handle the claims process with the manufacturer.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. If the product is damaged or used, you may be responsible for repair costs. Return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee apply. Returns must be initiated through Wheelchair Mart, not sent directly to the manufacturer or corporate address. Certain circumstances may warrant a partial refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email of the refund approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 2-5 days to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping costs and restocking fee. Exchanges

Return Shipping
To return a product, follow the shipping instructions provided by our team, as they vary by item. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
Restocking Fee
Returned items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% of the purchase price, in addition to any applicable shipping fees.
Cancellations
Orders canceled after 24 hours may incur a 10% administrative fee. If the order has already shipped, the buyer is also responsible for return shipping fees.
