• Valid only for the original purchaser from an authorized Shoprider dealer in the United States.
• Covers defects in materials and workmanship — does not cover labor, shipping, pick-up, or house calls beyond the included in-home service year.
• Warranty registration card must be signed and returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Does not apply to: plastic shrouding, seat upholstery, arm pads, tires, or controllers (covered separately by their manufacturers).
• Voided by product modification or use of non-genuine Shoprider parts.
• Annual maintenance schedule must be followed to maintain coverage.
• Transportation costs for parts submitted for repair are the responsibility of the original purchaser.
