With a total weight of just 19 lbs fully assembled (18" model), the Feather Chair is a genuine one-person lift into virtually any vehicle. The optional quick-release rear wheels reduce that further — pop them off with a single button press and the chair drops to its lightest form for even tighter storage. Fold the backrest, pull the seat, and it collapses into a compact package ready for any trunk, closet, or overhead compartment.
Caregiver Control. User Independence.
The Feather Chair is thoughtfully designed for both the rider and the caregiver. Wheel locks at the front of the frame are easily accessible by the seated user, preventing unwanted movement at any time. For caregivers, bicycle-style locking brake levers at the push handles provide precise control when descending slopes or pausing in motion — a level of caregiver safety rarely found on lightweight manual chairs.
18" and 20" Models — Built for More Riders
The standard 18" model supports up to 300 lbs and weighs 13.5 lbs without wheels. The 20" model supports up to 350 lbs and weighs 14 lbs without wheels — offering a wider seat and higher capacity for a broader range of users, while maintaining the featherlight design that makes this chair exceptional. Both models feature flat-free polyurethane solid tires, full-length fixed armrests, and swingaway footrests.
Personalize Your Ride (18" Model)
The 18" model is available with four seat overlay color options — Black with Orange Piping (standard), Solid Red, Solid Grey, or Blue with Grey Backing — giving you a wheelchair that's genuinely yours. An optional elevating legrest set is also available for added lower-limb support.
