The Forcemech Navigator Pro Folding Power Wheelchair is built for riders who need heavy-duty capacity without giving up portability. With a 400 lb weight capacity, dual Forcemax® lithium batteries delivering up to 18 miles of range, a 4-point suspension frame, and honeycomb flat-free front tires, the Navigator Pro combines all-terrain confidence with a folded size compact enough for most car trunks.

The Navigator Pro's aluminum alloy frame is engineered to comfortably support up to 400 lbs — one of the highest weight capacities available in a folding power wheelchair. Its 4-point suspension frame absorbs surface irregularities for a smoother, more controlled ride across paths, sidewalks, grass, packed gravel, and light outdoor terrain. The honeycomb front tires mimic the shock absorption of air-filled tires while remaining completely flat-free — no punctures, no maintenance.

Dual Forcemax® Batteries. Up to 18 Miles.

Two side-loading Quickswap Forcemax® 24V 6.6Ah lithium batteries are stored within the chair's frame for easy access. Together they deliver a travel range of up to 18 miles per charge — enough for full-day outings, extended errands, and longer adventures without stopping to recharge. The batteries can be charged while in the chair or removed and charged independently. The Navigator Pro is also FAA air travel approved and cruise-ready.

Dual 250W Motors. Precise All-Direction Control.

Dual 250W brushless Eco-Drive motors with a Dual Core Twin Drive controller deliver smooth, responsive performance at up to 4.5 mph with a tight 33-inch turning radius. The all-directional joystick with electromagnetic braking gives you complete control in all conditions — indoors, outdoors, and on inclines up to 12°. A 3.5" ground clearance handles curb edges and surface transitions with confidence.

Folds Compact. Moves Easy.

Despite its heavy-duty specs, the Navigator Pro folds quickly and easily to just 24" × 14" × 31" — compact enough to fit in most car trunks. At approximately 60 lbs with batteries, it's significantly lighter than traditional bariatric power chairs while maintaining the structural integrity needed for daily use at higher weight capacities.
